This class is an introduction to tactical movement and shooting with a pistol, designated for intermediate students who would like to step outside of traditional indoor flat ranges and further develop their skills.
Some topics of discussion are:
- STUDENTS WILL UNDERSTAND TE SAFETY STANDARDS, RANGE LIMITS, AND EXPECTATIONS
- WE WILL REVIEW FUNDAMENTALS AND DIVE DEEPER INTO MORE EFFICIENT LOADING, AND RELOADING
- PRINCIPLES OF UNHOLSTERING/ HOLSTERING, AND CONCEALMENT METHODS
- STATIC PIVOTS AND 180 DEGREE TURNS/ UNDERSTANDING HOW TO MOVE SEAMLESSLY WITH YOUR PISTOL
- SHOOTING AND BODY POSITIONS FOR FLOWING
- SHOOTERS WILL BE INTRODUCED TO MOVING AND SHOOTING
- RUNNING, ACCELERATING, AND DECELERATING WHILE SHOOTING
- MOVING OFF THE X

Additional information:
The class will be conducted down in the Homestead outdoors where the heat can be noticeable. We suggest you bring plenty of water and snacks. Like most places in Florida, we will see some mosquitos so insect repellant is recommended.
